FeFem Holding B.V. ('SealDoc') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data We Collect

We collect: account information (email, company name), uploaded documents (processed and deleted per retention policy), usage metrics, and payment information via our payment providers.

How We Process Data

Documents are processed on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure in Germany. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never access your document contents except for automated conversion processing.

Data Retention

Document retention depends on your subscription plan. After the retention period, documents and associated files are automatically and permanently deleted.

Analytics

This website uses Umami to see which pages are read and where visitors arrive from, so that we can improve the site. We host Umami ourselves, on the same European server as the rest of SealDoc, so no third party receives your visit. It sets no cookies. The application at app.sealdoc.eu is measured in the same way. You can switch it off with a tracker blocker; nothing here depends on it. Nothing we handle leaves Europe: hosting, storage, database, backups, outgoing mail, and the analytics as well.
