We collect: account information (email, company name), uploaded documents (processed and deleted per retention policy), usage metrics, and payment information via our payment providers.

How We Process Data

Documents are processed on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure in Germany. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never access your document contents except for automated conversion processing.

Data Retention

Document retention depends on your subscription plan. After the retention period, documents and associated files are automatically and permanently deleted.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and export your data. Contact privacy@sealdoc.eu for any requests.
