Service Description

SealDoc provides document conversion to PDF/A-3 format, compliance validation, timestamping, and archival services via API and web portal.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

SealDoc is provided 'as is'. While we strive for accuracy in PDF/A compliance, we recommend independent verification for legally critical documents.

Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for Pro and Business plans. Enterprise plans include custom SLA agreements.
